hotel stay?. first 2 days no one cleans the room , or does turn down, Then I complain. Then they show up on 3rd and 4th days and clean , Then they dont clean on the 5th day again.. what do you think is a fair compensation for us .. this was a 4 star hotel in universal orlando.. the hard rock hotel.Bad hotel stay , what should i get as compensation?
Now that you have left, you have lost any leverage you may have had with management. You won't get anything in compensation. You might gain some small sense of satisfaction by posting your comments on a site such as TripAdvisor.com for future guests to consider before they make a reservation.Bad hotel stay , what should i get as compensation?
Complain again! What you should have done was be a pain in the *** while you were there. That happened to us once. We went to California, and we asked for a Ocean View. They gave us one of the parking lot. We went and complained, Guess what? They moved us yet to another room we did not want. Third time complaining, we got what we wanted! You have to keep pushing for what you want.
I had a friend where the same thing happened to you and her. She complained, and they did not wanna listen. Didn't obey the order. The next day or so- the front-desk person changed, and gave them a Suite because of the lack of reposnsibility the first front desk person had.
If this happens again, do what I said. But you should really call up (if you aren't there anymore) ask to speak to the manager, complain and say you want a refund, or your money back. And also point out that you will NEVER recommend the hotel to anyone. Thats what usually get them :-)

there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely show you great hotels at the best prices available. check out the website BookMe and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it's very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online... otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.
