See....I m from a working class, I think its not worth, Big screen TV is far more better than ,,,you can see very corner ,angle and what is going on and then...... But if i can afford it ....of cos it good to be on the spot Just to hear the Vvvvvrrrrruuummmm and gone.........but racing at night is risky....sudden blackout at the speed of 200++ kmh ,,,,what do you expect ??Will you spend $1000/night on hotel stay , just to watch F1 race in singapore?
.
I dislike Stinkypore - I've travelled extensively throughout SE Asia and lived in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Laos and the Philippines, all of which I have given me great memories.
Stinkypore has no flavour, is like being immersed in bleach, prohibitively expensive, has insane Big Brother laws and the locals do not have the same friendliness found in all other parts of Asia. It's an island mall.
Having said that, sipping a Singapore Sling at the Long Bar at Raffles is great and has the wonderful Sentosa Island.
No, I won't be going there to spend silly amounts of money in a place that has enough....I'll be spending my hard-earned on the wonderful people of Malaysia at Sepang again next year.

Yes, my brother in-law is a fan.
So my sis, brother in-law me and my gf are going.
I am no fan of F1, just want to use the swimming pool and facilities though.
My brother and myself split the bills, so ya y not.
Historical events don happen twice.
Nope. its on tv
Can not afford it.
No.. because it's way too expensive for me, I can't afford that much. Anyway, I prefer watching it on TV because some people who've been to the track before told me that on TV, the views of the race track are clearer.
If I had the money yes. seeing as I'm a bit skint this year no
If I had a money tree at the back of my house.....yes!!
No way man. That's just too expensive. Anyway, I've been told that it's actually harder to see the cars on track while they're racing. You'd only see a blur shooting pass. (No idea if that's true) And you only get a view from an area on the track as compared to TV.
Plus, Singapore's race is at night. Might be harder to see the cars then... I'd rather watch it on TV rather than spend loads of money.... unless I know someone in Singapore who I can put up with for the weekend
