Does Celebrity China & Crystal really give away hotel stays?

I recently attended a bridal expo. Celebrity China %26amp; Crystal called to say I won two goblets and a hotel stay- but both I and my fiance have to attend a 90 minute presentation. If anyone else has ';won'; this before, will they really give me the hotel stay if I sit through the presentation?Does Celebrity China %26amp; Crystal really give away hotel stays?
Hey I won this a couple times. This is how we got all of our flutes for the reception. Yes they do and a free camera with life time film developing, at least they did at my show. There are certain rules and regulations with the hotel stay and you have to pay fifty bucks but normally the rooms cost at least 100-150 so you are still saving money. And the presentation only last for like 60mins not 90 and they do make ya lunch.

They do try to sell you some plates and cookware but in my group only one person bought it and he really didn't press they matter.Does Celebrity China %26amp; Crystal really give away hotel stays?
Good luck. You probably will have to sit through their 90 minute presentation and then sit with a sales person at the end of that.

They use this technique with time share selling.

They may offer you a little weekend away in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of winter and two goblets that no one else wanted to buy.

Good luck - only go if you have time on your hands.
i just attended one of their ';presentations'; just last week. really it was sitting through 90 minutes of them telling me how important it was for me to ';invest'; in good china %26amp; cookware. they said they'd serve dinner, but what we actually got was a tiny bowl of chicken %26amp; veggies for my fiance and i to SHARE. we totally hit up jack in the box on the way home. we did get the champagne glasses and the hotel stay, but for the hotel you have to pay like a $50 deposit or something like that, and you have to choose from certain places. they also said that at the hotel there will be people doing a presentation for a time share, so there's more bullsh*t you'll have to sit through. they said that they only talk to couples getting married to encourage them to ';register';, but it doesn't even work like a real registry, you have to make this huge order of their china and cookware sets, and then your friends and family can just contribute money to it, so if nobody contributes then you're still stuck footing the whole bill yourself. there's no web site for them to order individual pieces from, and all orders are made over the phone, which means whoever is processing the order will likely try to talk them into putting down more money. uncomfortable situation all together, really you should just take your free prizes and head for the door, and don't go on an empty stomach!
