Its a good Hotel to stay with family.not Far from every thing
The last time I stayed there some tourists got shot in the elevator. Not to scare you, just a little story. But overall a tad bit pricey..valet was great...room rate was great..and service was terrific. It is fine for families but when I went I didn't see too many.
Delta Chelsea is a good, and respected hotel in the downtown core. It's very centrally located, and is in a descent area, so it's good for families as well as singles. It's close to a lot of sites and shopping, and the subway is very close, so you can easily take public transit anywhere you go.
Depending on what you want to do, many things are within walking distance of this hotel.
You can get a day pass for the whole family to travel on the transit. Loads cheaper than driving and parking in the city.
There are loads of good hotels in the city, bear in mind that the traffic here is nuts. If you want to be in the downtown core fro activities, it is best to stay there. If you want to stay further out, make sure your activities are not in the downtown core, or you'll waste a lot of time getting lost and or stuck in traffic if you don't know the city. There are a lot of one way streets here, that drive people crazy until they know how to navigate.

Its a decent family hotel, if you want to see if theres other deals going or just to check out hotels and sort by price/star ratings I found this site thats really good for that.

I usually stay at Crown PLAZA HOTEL AT DVP...its 10 minute drive to downtown and 30 Minutes to Airport...Great Great Hotel... Their usually one night charge is above 100 but if you try hotwire or priceline you can get it for 50-75 a night...
CROWN PLAZA IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY...
