Do I have any rights if I am unhappy with a hotel stay? Is there any way to be refunded?

I was very unhappy with a hotel stay. The room was never cleaned, and no clean towels were ever brought to the room. Was the price I paid anagreement for services I didn't receive? Is there any rights that I have?Do I have any rights if I am unhappy with a hotel stay? Is there any way to be refunded?
Call the corporate office and make a complaint. In some cases you would receive a full refund, but at the very least you should get a partial refund. Unless you stayed at some no-name cheapo shady type place, then yeah you might be outta luck.Do I have any rights if I am unhappy with a hotel stay? Is there any way to be refunded?
You should have complained to the manager and asked for satisfaction right away. Many chains have a ';satisfaction guarantee.'; Some even claim that they will refund your money if there is problem.

I stayed at a Hilton down south and had all kinds of problems with the front desk manager losing my pre-paid reservation and telling me my room was not paid for. When I spoke to the manager and showed the reservation form he comped the entire room bill.
Leave a review at www.tripadvisor.com to warn other travelers. I wish I had known about this website before I stayed at an absolute hole. All of the reviews were bad.
you can complain...that is about it.
Write a letter to the owner and give him/her a chance to make it right. Tell them exactly what you were unhappy with and how it could be resolved.

Then if nothing happens, write a letter to the editor of the local paper and one to consumer affairs, etc.
You could keep calling and complaining to the hotel manager and demand refunds. Even if (s)he says no a billion times, just keep on persisting that you get a refund, and chances are, he'll get sick of you and refund you. Also, use phrases like ';the better business bureau.'; That always scares people. And in fact, I would contact the bureau. Also, ask for corporate information such as phone numbers, fax numbers, and an address. I would write a letter, send a fax, and a phone call.
tell management you are unhappy with their services %26amp; then politely tell them you would be willing to have them compensate you with 30% off your bill or a suitable reduction in the room cost.
well i would go talk to the manager and tell them the certain things that i didn't like at the hotel and ask for a refund
you can do whatever all these whiney bastards mentioned and you can also piss in the hallways
Is the hotel a five-star? or else I guess you only complain and get discount on your next stay.....
No, you might get complimentary valet service on your next visit if you're lucky.
If you complain relentlessly, you can probably get refunded.
Only if you charged it on a credit card. Then you can probably dispute the charge. Write a letter of complaint to the hotel and explain what was wrong with the service, and did you complain without anything being done, and tell them you are disputing the charge.

If it is a hotel chain then notify the corporate office.
Was it a chain hotel? If so, then contact the company directly.
First contact the front desk

Wait one day and then

contact the manager

wait one day and then

contact the home office

Do all of these by phone.

Next.

Do all of these again by mail.

Then contact the Better Business Bureau.

Although I really wouldn't expect it to get that far.
