i'm a hotel desk clerk, and the business isn't doing so well so we can't spend a lot of money to make the place like paradise but i'd like to know your ideas that would make it a better stay, even small simple things like keeping safety plug outlet covers at the desk in case you need them for small children.... anything and everything i'd like to hear it i would like to move up to something better than desk clerk. thanks for you time.Do you have any tips/ideas or suggestions to make your hotel stay better and worry-free?
Other than making sure the basics are met (no screw ups and quick resolution of issues), I would say a friendly staff.

The hotel must provide the basic needs to a customer such as sufficent water supply and clean washroom, clean accomodations with beds and good ventilatons.
